1. Services Offered

Dirt Dynamics provides excavation, land clearing, yard restoration, and material hauling services to residential and commercial clients. Specific project details, scope, and pricing will be outlined in individual estimates or contracts.

2. Scheduling and Site Visits

Clients may schedule services or request a free site visit through our Online Request Form, phone, or email. Dates are subject to availability and weather conditions. We reserve the right to reschedule or delay services due to unforeseen circumstances.

3. Estimates and Payment Terms

• Estimates are provided based on initial project assessments and may be subject to change if conditions differ.

• A deposit may be required to secure your scheduled date.

• Final payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• We accept check, cash, and ACH

 

 

4. Cancellations and Refunds

In summary:

• 48-hour notice is required to cancel without penalty.

• Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of deposit or a service fee.

 

 

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients must ensure the job site is accessible and free from hazards. This includes:

• Providing accurate utility location markings (e.g., 811)

• Securing necessary permits

• Clearing obstructions and ensuring safe access for equipment

 

 

6. Site Conditions and Delays

Dirt Dynamics is not responsible for delays caused by weather, underground obstructions, utility issues, or unforeseen site conditions. Any additional labor or materials required due to such issues may incur extra charges.

7. Liability and Damages

We take every precaution to prevent property damage. However, Dirt Dynamics is not liable for:

• Damage to unmarked underground utilities or structures

• Surface damage to lawns, driveways, or soft terrain from equipment use
  Clients agree to assume responsibility for any pre-existing site risks or access limitations.

 

8. Use of Photos or Project Descriptions

With client permission, we may use photos or descriptions of completed work for marketing or portfolio purposes. No personal or location-identifying details will be shared without consent.

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website.
