
Cancellation & Refund Policy
At Dirt Dynamics, we understand that schedules and project needs can change. To ensure fairness and efficient scheduling, we kindly ask all clients to review and adhere to the following cancellation policy:

🔸 Cancellation Notice
Clients must provide a minimum of 48 hours' notice prior to the scheduled service date to cancel or reschedule without penalty.

🔸 Late Cancellations
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 25% of the quoted project cost to cover mobilization and scheduling losses.

🔸 Same-Day Cancellations or No-Shows
If cancellation occurs on the day of service or if our crew arrives on-site and is unable to begin due to uncommunicated issues, a mobilization fee and/or deposit forfeiture may apply.

🔸 Weather or Site Conditions
In the event of unsafe weather or unforeseen site conditions, Dirt Dynamics may reschedule the service at no penalty. We will communicate any changes promptly.

🔸 Deposit Refunds
If a deposit has been paid, it will be fully refundable if cancellation occurs at least 48 hours in advance. Deposits are non-refundable for late cancellations unless otherwise agreed.
